Use Policy:
SystematicSuccess.com is solely focused on providing entrepreneurs with the high quality,
ethical tools and information they need to market their businesses on the
Internet. None of the information or tools provided on the
SystematicSuccess.com network are intended for unethical or illegal marketing
practices.

intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that
is obscene, defamatory, an illegal threat, discriminatory, racist, or violates
export control laws.
The user (YOU) acknowledges that SystematicSuccess.com is unable to exercise
control over the content of the information passing over SystematicSuccess.com
network. Therefore SystematicSuccess.com is not responsible for the content of
any message/website whether or not the posting was made by a customer. The user
(YOU) undertakes to conform to the Internet protocols and standards. The user

criminal and civil liability. SystematicSuccess.com will investigate incidents
involving such violations and will involve and will cooperate with law
enforcement if a criminal violation is suspected. Examples of system or network
security violations include, without limitation, the following: Unauthorized
access to or use of data, systems or networks, including any attempt to probe,
scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or
authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system
or network; Unauthorized monitoring of data or traffic on any network or system
without express authorization of the owner of the system or network;
Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without
limitation, mailbombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and
broadcast attacks; Forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header
information in an email or a newsgroup posting. If approached with complaints
relating to any of the above violations, SystematicSuccess.com will cooperate
and assist law enforcement and other authorities with their investigations in
order to bring such misuse and violations to an end.
SystematicSuccess.com Services May Only be Used for Lawful Purposes
{*} Transmission, distribution, or storage of any information, data or material
in violation of international regulation or law is prohibited. This includes,
but is not limited to, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret,
or any other statute.
{*} SystematicSuccess.com reserves the right to remove such illegal material
from servers immediately. SystematicSuccess.com expressly forbids anyone from
using SystematicSuccess.com services for the propagation, distribution,
housing, processing, storing, or otherwise handling in any way lewd, obscene, or
pornographic material, satanic material, or any other material which we deem to
be objectionable. The designation of any materials as such described above is
left entirely to the discretion of SystematicSuccess.com.
Unlawful and/or Unethical Use
SystematicSuccess.com does NOT allow sites that provide points of
distribution, or links to the following types of sites:
{*} Adult Sites.-
Any erotic or pornographic material, links to adults sites, or advertisements
for adult sites or adult (nudity) related content.
{*} Pirated Software (Warez).- Any software that is copyrighted and not freely
available for distribution without cost. Including: ROMs, ROM Emulators, Mpeg
Layer 3 files (MP3) and DVD Videos.
{*} Hacking / Phreaking.- Includes sites with material, links, or resources for
Hacking, Phreaking, Viruses, Anarchy, or any type of site that promotes the
destruction or compromises the integrity of Web Hosting Network.
{*} SpamWare.- Any links to a spam resource site, spam material, or
advertisements for spam utilities such as mailers, email collectors or actual
email addresses or 'leads' (for lease, rent or purchase).
E-Mail Policy
{*} SystematicSuccess.com strictly prohibits harassment, whether
through language, frequency, or size of messages. Forging of header information
is not permitted.
{*} SystematicSuccess.com does not allow unsolicited mail (UCE). This includes
"Spamming" and "Bulk Mail" sent to persons who have otherwise not requested to
receive such mail. The reason for this is that not only is it generally frowned
upon by the internet community, but it also demands extra bandwidth to handle
the effects of such mail. Websites found to be sending UCE will be terminated
without notice.
{*} SystematicSuccess.com prohibits the emailing to email addresses that you
have purchased from any type of "optin lead providing service".
It is explicitly prohibited to send unsolicited mail messages ("Junk mail" or
"spam") of any kind (commercial advertising, political tracts, announcements
etc.). Users may not forward or propagate chain letters nor malicious e-mail. A
user may not solicit mail for any other address other than that of the user,
except with full consent of the owner of the referred address.

Minors
Minors are not
allowed to use any service of this website. If you are a minor please inform
your parents for any service you'd like to have more information and point all

Disclaimer
SystematicSuccess.com cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot
be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would
have gained if their site was functioning. SystematicSuccess.com holds no
responsibility for the use of clients' accounts. If any terms or conditions are
failed to be followed, the account in question will be deactivated.
INDIRECT OR
ATTEMPTED VIOLATIONS OF THIS POLICY, AND ACTUAL OR ATTEMPTED VIOLATIONS BY A
THIRD PARTY ON BEHALF OF SystematicSuccess.com OR
A CUSTOMER'S END USER, SHALL BE CONSIDERED VIOLATIONS OF THIS POLICY BY SUCH
CUSTOMER OR END USER.
By USING
SystematicSuccess.com hosted FantasosTM account and/or web hosting services you indicate without any doubt
that you have read all the terms above and agree with everything. If you do not
agree with any of the terms mentioned above please do not use the FantasosTM
remote account and/or web hosting services and inform the SystematicSuccess.com team accordingly

Spam:
SystematicSuccess.com does not participate in spamming and maintains a
zero tolerance spam policy. Those who enter into business relationships
with SystematicSuccess.com (including, but not limited to, affiliates
and joint venture partners) and choose to promote SystematicSuccess.com
products or services or affiliated products or services using spam will
have their relationship with SystematicSuccess.com immediately
terminated.
1.2 Harvesting
E-mail Address:
Tools and resources
provided by SystematicSuccess.com are neither intended nor permitted
to be used for the harvesting of e-mail addresses. Those who have found
ways to abuse any of these tools and resources and use them for mass
harvesting or spamming will have their relationship with
SystematicSuccess.com immediately terminated.

Unauthorized Opt-In:
In order to protect
our opt-in e-mail list, we are currently in the process of implementing
a system by which we will record the IP addresses of all subscriptions,
sales, and affiliates. If an e-mail address is subscribed to our system
without the owner’s permission, the host of the IP will be contacted and
pursued to terminate the user.
1.4 Fraud:
SystematicSuccess.com will pursue and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any
individual(s) who attempt to use our systems, software, or services
for the purpose of fraudulent transactions.
SystematicSuccess.com maintains ethical practices and will not tolerate any
misuse of our tools and resources by any third party. If misuse occurs,
we will do everything in our power to immediately terminate the
relationship and prevent any further misuse.

Privacy Statement:
SystematicSuccess.com supports the right of personal privacy and corporate security on
the Internet. SystematicSuccess.com will never sell or market
names, e-mail addresses, or any other privileged information about our
clients or subscribers.
3.0 Unsubscribe
Policy:
SystematicSuccess.com respects the request of any individual asking to have his/her e-mail
address opted-out of our database. As well, every e-mail sent by
SystematicSuccess.com provides an automated unsubscribe option at the bottom
of each e-mail.
All other unsubscribe requests can easily be processed
